We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Ole Schafmeier. Please read the following terms carefully before completing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at gratiacommerce.hq@gmail.com with clear photos showing the issue.

After reviewing your request, we will decide whether a return is necessary or if you may keep the product and receive a full refund. In many cases, you may keep the item without needing to return it.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Returns (if required)

If we request a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. You will receive the return address and instructions via email. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Items reported more than 7 days after delivery
  • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping
  • Digital goods or downloadable products
